Consultation rates are in-line with medical aids.

Please note that I operate as a cash practice and therefore the client is responsible for the payment of sessions.

Once payment has been received, I will supply you with a receipt which can be used to claim back from your medical aid.

It is advisable to contact your medical aid first to enquire about the availability of funds and the specific benefits of your particular benefit option (as not all medical aid plans make provision for educational assessments and therapy sessions).

Assessments rates differ as to the type, complexity and time implication of the individual assessment.  Please contact me for a quote.

Invoices for therapy are sent out at the end of the month while invoices for assessments are sent with the feedback and are payable within 7 days of received.

Fee Reduction

While I offer some lower fee slots for those experiencing hardship or with reduced incomes, I prefer to hold these slots for current clients who are experiencing life transitions during our work together. If my fee is a concern, please discuss it with me. If I am unable to accommodate your financial situation, I will provide you with referrals.

Cancellation Fee Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made no later than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. A fee will be charged for late cancellations or missed appointments. Please also note that this fee will not be covered by the medical aid scheme and as such will need to be settled out of pocket.
